I cannot recommend this kennels highly enough. The owner Laura and the people who work there can't do enough for our dog Dexter. He loves going there and gets excited every time, he never looks back when being dropped off and sulks for days when we bring him home after his stays. With Monty being my first dog, and never having used Kennels, I was unsure as to what to expect. But the drive through the farm to the kennels and seeing the dogs be walked as I drove to the reception area, put my mind at rest. Everyone is always punctual and really friendly and made me and Monty feel far more easy about the stay. Needless to say I have booked him in at the kennels now several times and even with being quite an anxious dog, he always goes in freely and doesn't make a fuss. When my late wife Ann and I moved to Chalford Hill in 1981 we needed to board our Irish Setter Barney while we returned to Knutsford to finalise the sale of our house, and we found Skaiteshill Kennels . Lo and behold Barney loved being there so much that two weeks later he escaped from our garden found his way there and booked himself in. Since then all our dogs, Labradors, Spinones or my solitary rescue Springer have stayed there, ten dogs in total and yes I would recommend anyone thinking of boarding their beloved pet to try Skaiteshill and their caring team. - Murray Watson.
